REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Fee once paid is not refundable. In case , the fee transaction has been completed through the online payment gateway and the final printout of the admit card/form is not generated, the candidate may produce duly filled refund form available on link http://www.ofrcta56.com/images/.pdf indicating form number, transaction number and date, to Finance Officer, Ordnance Factory Recruitment Centre either through email: info@ofrcta56.com or by post. After the Board is satisfied and payment received is confirmed, the application for refund will be accepted. Refund form will be accepted if it is submitted within a period of two months after the last date of filling the exam /re-evaluation form.
